VIRTUAL TENANT PATROL
The Federal 8 believes that we the residents must take control of our own safety and quality-of-life in the places where we live. One of the central ways that we have done this is by using technology to create the Virtual Tenant Patrol (VTP) service.
- The VTP service enables Resident Association Tenant Watch Patrols to view their building lobbies, front doors, playgrounds and other common areas remotely, out of harm's way
- The VTP service is completely controlled by Residents
